4. Data Retention

Members inactive due to non-payment have their badges blocked after three months. The club retains inactive member data for up to six months to permit reactivation following late payment. After six months, personal data are deleted. Rejoining requires completing the registration process anew.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties except when necessary for:

Payment processing (e.g., Payconiq, bank transfers)
Legal obligations (e.g., local authority requirements)
